By using PDFtoTest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Service Description

PDFtoTest is an AI-powered platform that generates multiple-choice quizzes from PDF documents. Quiz quality depends on the content provided and AI capabilities. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated questions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the PDFs you upload. Quizzes generated from your content are yours to use. The PDFtoTest platform, brand, and technology remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

PDFtoTest is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to inaccurate quiz content or service interruptions.
